Seroflo rotacaps 250mcg (generic salmeterol and fluticasone propionate) 30 capsules

Seroflo rotacaps 250mcg is a medication used in the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Fluticasone, a corticosteroid, is the anti inflammatory component of the combination which decreases inflammation in the lungs. This leads to improvement in breathing. Salmeterol, an LABA, treats constriction of the airways.
The combination of both is meant to be used as maintenance therapy and not as a rescue therapy for sudden symptoms.

Seroflo 250 Rotacap is a combination of two medicines that opens the airways and makes it easier to breathe. It is used in the treatment of asthma (wheezing and shortness of breath) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked).

The effect of this medicine may be noticeable after a few days but will only reach its maximum after a few weeks. This medicine must be used regularly to be effective, so go on taking it even if you dont have any symptoms. That means its doing its job. If you stop taking it your asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) may get worse. It should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks.
